What to Expect in Your Visit
Your telehealth visit is designed to create clarity, identify root causes, and build a practical plan you can follow.
- Initial visit: typically 60 minutes
- Follow-up visits: typically 40 minutes
- If symptoms are complex, we may recommend additional time to review history and lab patterns
- We may discuss nutrition, targeted supplements, herbs, lifestyle support, and functional lab testing when appropriate
- Follow-ups support progress, adjustments, and mind-body resilience over time
How Telehealth Works
Telehealth (telemedicine) allows you to meet with Dr. Brown by secure video or phone—similar to an in-office visit, without travel time.

2. Complete your forms before your appointment (you can upload and push send on the form)
3. Meet virtually at your scheduled time
Zoom is the default platform. Phone or FaceTime can be used when needed—your confirmation will include the details.
Labs and Professional Support—Delivered to Your Door
When clinically appropriate, Dr. Brown may recommend functional lab testing and professional-grade supplements or herbal formulas.
- Supplements are purchased separately through Fullscript (our professional dispensary)
- Orders are drop-shipped to your door
- Recommendations are individualized—your plan is tailored to your needs and goals
