Deficiency of virtually any vitamin or mineral that is derived from food can cause fatigue of the adrenal glands if it persists long enough.  A balanced and organic diet consisting of poultry, fish, eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, raw seeds, and nuts will tonify your adrenals and enhance your resiliency to stress.
